For years, I looked in the mirror and barely recognized myself. The years went by, the daily hustle never stopped, and the weight just kept piling on and sticking around... It completely changed how I saw myself.

I tried everything. Trendy diets, shakes, even forced myself to walk for hours each morning (even though all I wanted was to stay in bed). But every time I’d see any results, they’d be temporary, and the weight would come back—even worse than before.

Being a mom, a wife, and keeping up with the house, each new diet or workout just felt like the last drop in an overflowing cup. Every failed attempt chipped away at my confidence.
